"Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, live on the idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success."
Swami Vivekananda
Every one of us at HexCode Technologies believes wholeheartedly in this vision of success. Through our work, we hope to move ever closer to this goal.
I've spent seventeen years of my professional life working on a variety of IT infrastructures, ranging from large consulting companies to major investment banks and everything in between. I bring my own depth and breadth of experience, and the honed skills of my support professionals to the infrastructure needs of every valued customer.
We seek to reestablish the personal connection in the IT industry, an element we feel has been lost over the years. If a service level agreement prevents us from performing our most exemplary work, if it prevents us from traveling to our customer's bedside at the hospital to fix their pressing laptop issue, we cannot consider ourselves a success. We pride ourselves on delivering the utmost in customer satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations and redefining what an IT support provider is capable of and willing to do.
We are in the business of IT but do not think of ourselves as strictly an IT company. We are, first and foremost, in the business of helping businesses run effectively and optimize their revenue potential. The fact that the modern economy and modern business depend so heavily on technology means that IT support is essential as the enabling factor in a business's success. Brilliant people doing brilliant work on an unstable infrastructure are bottlenecked by their equipment. We seek to eliminate that bottleneck.
At HexCode, we have a singular purpose: to serve our clients as best we can in our professional capacity. Further, we feel that it is the responsibility of any successful corporation to help the disadvantaged in our communities. For this reason, we are actively engaged in outreach programs around the world that seek to increase educational opportunities among the impoverished, especially in developing nations such as India. There is a wealth of potential in the current and future generations of these countries, and without widespread support from socially responsible organizations and governments, this potential may never be realized. That is a possibility we cannot stand by and accept.
